Every plan includes the MCP server. Rechecks come with a paid plan.

The daily recheck limit belongs to the Search Console property, and every account that monitors the property shares it. Rechecks use the property's Google URL Inspection quota, which the daily checks also use.
When an account reaches a request rate limit, /mcp returns 429 Too Many Requests with Retry-After: 60.
