Get started
Create a CrawlCoach account, connect Google Search Console, and check your first site.
Before you begin, make sure your Google account can see the site in Google Search Console. CrawlCoach reads Search Console data, so it can only check sites your Google account has access to.
Create an account and add a site
To check your first site, follow these steps:
- Go to CrawlCoach and sign in with Google.
- Allow CrawlCoach to read your Search Console data.
- In Choose a site, select the Search Console property for your site.
- Click Check this site. CrawlCoach reads your sitemaps and starts the free report.
The free report checks up to 500 URLs once. It shows how many pages are missing from Google, and why. No card is required.
Add a site from another Google account
Each CrawlCoach account connects one Google account. To add a client's site, or a site on another Google account, the site's owner adds your Google account to the property in Search Console as a Full user. The site then appears in Choose a site.
If you sign in with a different Google account instead, CrawlCoach creates a new, empty account.
What paid plans add
Paid plans check your site every day, email you when a page drops off Google, and send a fix list. A fix list gives the page, the reason, the exact change, and the steps for each fix. Paid plans also let your AI agent recheck pages after it fixes them.
For each plan's limits, see Plans and limits.
Next steps
- Connect an AI agent to fix your pages from your editor.
