For sites with more pages than Google wants to index
Find out why Google skips your pages. Then fix them.
CrawlCoach checks every page in your sitemap with Google's own data. It explains each problem in plain words, and every week it sends you a short plan with the fixes already drafted.

CrawlCoach checks up to 500 pages with Google's URL Inspection data and groups every problem by its cause.
Fix what matters first
Each week, your coach report lists the five most valuable fixes, with new titles, descriptions, and steps drafted for you.
What your report shows
Search Console tells you that pages are not indexed. CrawlCoach tells you which ones matter, why Google skipped them, and what to do next.
Every page, checked
Index status for each URL in your sitemaps, rechecked every day on paid plans, with alerts when pages drop out.
Problems grouped by cause
Thousands of URLs become a short list of causes, each with a plain explanation and a fix.
A weekly coach report
Five actions ranked by value: rewritten titles for low-CTR pages, content briefs for pages on page two, and indexing fixes.
The most common reasons Google skips pages
Crawled - currently not indexed
Google crawled the page and decided not to index it, usually because of quality or value signals.
Discovered - currently not indexed
Google knows the URL exists but has not crawled it yet.
Duplicate without user-selected canonical
Google sees the page as a duplicate of another page, and the page has no canonical tag.
Soft 404
The page returns a success status, but Google thinks it looks like an error or empty page.
Excluded by 'noindex' tag
The page tells Google not to index it with a noindex rule.
Page with redirect
The URL redirects to another URL, so Google indexes the target instead.

Questions
- Can CrawlCoach force Google to index my pages?
- No. No tool can. Google decides what to index. CrawlCoach shows you why Google skipped each page, resubmits your sitemaps when pages change, and tells you which fixes give pages the best chance.
- Do I need a Google Cloud project or an API key?
- No. You sign in with the Google account that has access to Search Console. CrawlCoach handles the rest.
- What access does CrawlCoach ask for?
- Access to your Search Console data, so it can read index status and search performance, and resubmit your sitemaps. It cannot change your website.
- Who is CrawlCoach for?
- Sites with hundreds or thousands of pages: online stores, directories, blogs, and programmatic SEO sites. Small sites with a few pages usually have no indexing problems.
- Does it work with Bing?
- Pro and Agency plans also notify Bing and other engines through IndexNow when your pages change.
