Terms of service

These terms apply when you use CrawlCoach ("CrawlCoach", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service

CrawlCoach connects to Google Search Console for the properties you choose. It checks the index status of the URLs in your sitemaps, explains why pages are not indexed, resubmits sitemaps when your pages change, and sends reports with suggested fixes.

2. No guarantee of indexing or ranking

Google alone decides which pages it crawls, indexes, and ranks. CrawlCoach does not guarantee that any page will be indexed, that any page will rank in any position, or that your traffic will increase. Submitting a sitemap or a URL is a request to a search engine, not an instruction.

3. Suggestions written by AI

Coach reports are written with the help of AI. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review every suggestion before you change your website. You are responsible for the changes you make.

4. Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
  • Connect only Search Console properties that you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Give us a working email address, so we can send reports and service notices.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use CrawlCoach on sites you are not authorized to manage.
  • Try to get around plan limits or Google API quotas, or share an account to do so.
  • Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service.
  • Use CrawlCoach for spam, or to break Google's policies or any law.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Paid plans renew automatically each month or each year until you cancel.
  • Stripe charges your payment method at the start of each billing period.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
  • We tell you at least 30 days before we change the price of your plan.

7. Third-party services

CrawlCoach depends on Google Search Console and other third-party services. If Google changes or limits its APIs, some features can change or stop. CrawlCoach is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

8. Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to use it only to run CrawlCoach for you, as the privacy policy describes.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep CrawlCoach available, but we do not promise that it is always available or free of errors. We can change features. If a change removes a main feature of your paid plan, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the period.

10. Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account cancels your plan right away, and the unused part of the paid period is not refunded. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we stop offering CrawlCoach, we tell you at least 30 days before and refund the unused part of any paid period.

11. Disclaimer and limit of liability

CrawlCoach is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost traffic, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you before the change takes effect.
